Grief is a journey that we will all encounter at some time in our life.
Grief is very personal but universal and has no time limit.
Coping with the loss of someone we love and cherish is extremely difficult and painful.
A support group is a proven way to bring comfort, consolation and healing to ourselves and each other.
Grieving with Great Hope is a program which provides us with a sacred space to do just that.
A welcoming confidential setting to provide support and help and an awareness of how to navigate our grieving process.
Women's Group next meeting - Oct 24th from 1 pm - 3 pm

About Yasmin
Hello my name is Yasmin Rizzi, I have been a nurse for 40 years, but have retired from active medical nursing to be educated as a Faith based nurse. In this role as a Faith Nurse, I am able to listen with compassion and provide support to you and your family, when coping with compromised health or illness. This can be done by providing health education and counselling as needed, being a resource and a liaison to additional health care providers and being an advocate and navigator at a time when our healthcare system is fragmented. With my medical knowledge and my faith based education, I will help you and your family towards health and wellness in mind and/ or body and spirit, to find hope and meaning in a challenging time. Finally having been blessed with experience in Grief and Bereavement, I can provide support and care when experiencing a loss of a loved one.
